Sean is 7 years old wow how time has flown by. His 6th year on the planet had him lose his 1st and 2nd teeth, lose the training wheels on his bike (I think that was late last year anyway). Made it through 1st grade, is now tall enough to go on all those carnival rides (dad says yea :-###..). It has been fun watching his personality grow this year as well. He is getting into music, likes a lot of old stuff mainly due to Rock Band 2. Not sure what we are doing for his b-day today, as we are having a big party Saturday but look for pictures oer the next few days.
Sean put on the Sumo Wrestling gear up north last weekend.
Well another school year is done and despite some up and downs Sean made it through 1st grade. He will be going to a new school that is closer to the new house next year. Hopefully he will meet up with some new friends in the neighborhood at the new school.
Otherwise he is settling in at the new house and seems to like it. Still not big on being in the basement by himself but the Wii usually drags him down there once or twice a week. He loves going in the hot tub, which isn’t all to often, and has fun in the pool, even though it’s been a little chilly for it lately.
Sean still has only lost 2 teeth but has a couple loose ones so I’m sure it won’t be long until they pop out.
Almost forgot that he starts baseball next week where the coach pitches the ball instead of using a T. Sean and Dad have been playing that way for a couple years now and I think he likes being pitched to much better than t-ball. Hopefully it will be fun.
Very late with this post and I will have to find a picture tonight but Sean lost his 2 lower front teeth a few weeks back. He was actually really good about yanking them out, specially after getting $5 from the tooth fairy for the 1st one. Thinking about knocking some of my teeth out for $5. There doesn’t seem to be any more loose right now.
Otherwise Sean is making friends with some kids in the new neighborhood, and is always running somewhere with them.
Sean is “Student of the Week” this week in school. We had to make a poster with pictures and things he likes. I did put this website on the poster (Sean didn’t want me too) to see if anyone will visit and leave a message.
For those who are visiting for the first time, Welcome.
This blog has been going on since I (mom) was in the hospital just hours (or a day) before having Sean. We haven’t updated as much as we would like, but we hope when Sean finally realizes this is his site, he can put things on here. Thanks for reading!
Sean is lucky enough to have a very talented aunt who had some free time to come into town and paint a Star Wars mural on his wall. Not sure if Sean likes it or not you be the judge. Click on the pix for a bigger version of it.
